As President of the Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association, Jeff leads in the day-to-day efforts to help build trust between the repair shops and the motorist.
Bringing the automotive industry together with the consumer has been the goal of AMRA and MAP, the Motorist Assurance Program. Jeff and his staff have made great progress in working to bridge the enormous gap between the two and we are proud to have Jeff be the first recipient of the Golden Wrench Award.
Kate Henmueller

Kate Henmueller, the new President, and COO of The Coordinating Committee for Automotive Repair (CCAR®). CCAR offers safety training as well as HazMat training in a convenient, easy-to-use, online environment. She provides great tips and advice for staying compliant in a fast-changing OSHA world.
Kate was nominated after a decade of service to CCAR for her work – international in scope – with the automotive industry, the insurance industry, OEM’s, career and technical schools, collision and automotive repair shops, governments, municipalities and other organizations to provide best practice information and HazMat training.
Mary Steele

Mary Steele has been with the ASA for decades and is now the Executive Director of the Automotive Management Institute where she received her accredited master’s in automotive manager in 2017.
Mary’s deep dedication to the automotive service and repair industry, and her vast association experience made her an awesome nominee for a Golden Wrench Award and we are honored to have her as a recipient.
